Pre-Qualification

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Have a fever above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Five years and older for Data Collection A

  • 13 yrs and older for Data Collection B

  • Be able to communicate effectively with and follow instructions from the study team

  • Be willing and able to participate in the study procedures

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Have tattoos, large birthmarks, scars, or other skin discoloration on the forehead

  • Have an ear infection, deformity, or other injury that makes data acquisition unsafe or otherwise problematic (Data Collection B only)

  • Have participated in this study before
